Working with Phil was an absolute pleasure. He communicated extremely well, arrived on time and did a terrific job of installing our pergola. Phil also provided design ideas that we followed and happy we did. We went with a white pergola with a dry ceiling option with lights and a fan, feels like an extension of our living room! Phil is very professional and I plan on recommending him to several of my neighbors who are interested in adding their own pergolas. Overall, couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Phil!

Phil and his crew were amazing to work with. they did 3 different projects for me about 5 years ago. We just decided to get our screened in porch painted in a different color, so we have had contractors out to do painting estimates. They all say how well done our pergola and porch look. Phil Brown of Charlotte Pergolas has been delightful to work with. He oversaw the construction of the pergola on-site, getting the most out of his crew, by being hands-on. He also oversaw the other trades effectively, by showing up when the electricians were wiring for the 120v outlets (for lights) and the 240v (for a heater). And then, that amazing UnderDeck roof system that allows a dry outdoor living space. Tired of contractors you can't get on the phone when you need to get a question answered? Phil is completely responsive. And professional.
